Help us get Benson in front of every store.
We're bootstrapped and still small, and that's the fun part. Every store we sign, every ticket we close and every feature we ship has someone's name on it. We're looking for more people to do that in London, across Europe, and on the US East Coast, with our first office in New York.

Customer success & support2
Getting every new store set up, answering merchants, and fixing what trips them up.
Growth2
Putting Benson in front of the right stores, and building the experiments that bring them in.
Engineering2
Building the product, and getting it working on the stores with the trickiest setups.
Here's what we do, and where we're at.
A shopper fills their basket and heads to checkout. A browser extension pops up, drops in a discount code, and takes a commission on an order the store had already won. It happens quietly, all day, and most stores never see it.
Benson shows stores where that's happening, lets them switch it off, and gives shoppers the store's own offer instead. Merchants usually get it on the first call, which makes it a good thing to sell and a satisfying thing to support.
Now the honest bit. Benson is bootstrapped. We're a small, tight-knit team of operators who way over-index on doing great work: the product, the site, the playbooks and this page all came from a handful of people. No investors and no board, so we answer to the merchants who use it and nobody else.
It also means there isn't a neat job for every task yet. We need generalists: people who are happy in the unknown, who like turning chaos into something that runs, and who want to win. If that's you, have a look around. If your role isn't here, write to us anyway. We read everything.
Doug, founder
Who we're looking for, whatever the job title says.
- GeneralistsYour title might say SDR, but some weeks you'll write a help article, run a webinar or test a pricing page. If that sounds fun rather than annoying, good.
- At home in ambiguityThere's no handbook yet. You'll often be the first person to do the thing, so you'll work out how, then write it down for whoever comes next.
- Order from chaosYou look at a pile of half-finished ideas and want to turn it into something that runs on its own.
- Here to winWe're small and up against companies with far more money. We like those odds. You should too.
Benson sits where affiliate marketing meets checkout: networks, coupon and cashback extensions, partner programmes and commission. If you've worked in or around that world, you'll be useful from day one. If you haven't, you'll need to learn it quickly, and we'll help you.
How we work, so there are no surprises.
- 01We write things downWe'll be spread across London, Europe and the US East Coast, so decisions live in writing. You never need to be in the right meeting to know what's going on.
- 02Everyone talks to merchantsWhatever your job, you'll spend time with real stores. That's how we decide what to build.
- 03You own something realA market, an inbox, a channel, a part of the product. Not a slice of a slice.
- 04Straight feedback, every weekShort weekly one-to-ones, so you always know how you're doing and what we need from you.
