The job
We've got a clear story, a product people understand quickly, and lots of channels we haven't properly tried yet. You'll find out which ones work.
That means content and search, paid tests, webinars, partner launches and lifecycle email. You'll run experiments, measure them honestly and put more behind the ones that pay off.
Your first 90 days
- First 30 daysReview what we're doing, set up clean reporting and pick your first three experiments.
- By day 60Running experiments across channels every week and dropping the ones that don't work.
- By day 90Two or three channels we can rely on, and a plan for the next quarter.
What you'll actually do
- 01Own the journey from first visit to free trial.
- 02Run content, search and paid tests, and report on them honestly.
- 03Plan webinars and launches with partners and sales.
- 04Write lifecycle email that people are glad to get.
Is this you?
You'll fit right in if
- Two or more years in B2B SaaS or ecommerce growth.
- You're as happy in an analytics tool as you are in a doc.
- You'd rather test ten small ideas than plan one big one.
- You know the affiliate world (networks, coupon and cashback extensions, partner programmes), or you're confident you can learn it fast.
- You're a generalist, and you're happy when the job changes shape.
Probably not for you if
- You need a big budget to do your best work.
- You want a clearly defined role that stays the same all year.
What you get
- Equity.
- 25 days off, plus your local public holidays.
- A day in London every month with the whole team, travel paid.
- The laptop and kit you want.
Work from home, a coworking space or wherever you do your best work, as long as you're somewhere between GMT and CET+1. Once a month we all get together in London, and we pay for the trip.
