The job
Half marketer, half engineer. You'll build the things that turn a visitor into a trial: the store preview, landing pages, signup flows, calculators, and the emails that follow.
You'll work alongside the growth marketer, pick ideas apart with data, ship them in days rather than weeks, and keep the ones that move the numbers.
Your first 90 days
- First 30 daysGet to know the site, the app and our analytics, and ship your first experiment.
- By day 60Running a steady loop of experiments across the site, signup and onboarding.
- By day 90A growth backlog you own, with clean measurement on everything you ship.
What you'll actually do
- 01Build and test landing pages, free tools and signup flows.
- 02Instrument everything, so we know what works and what doesn't.
- 03Wire up lifecycle email and in-product nudges.
- 04Turn the store preview into our best way of winning new stores.
Is this you?
You'll fit right in if
- You've shipped production web code, ideally Next.js and TypeScript.
- You care about conversion as much as code quality.
- You're comfortable with analytics, events and A/B tests.
- You know the affiliate world (networks, coupon and cashback extensions, partner programmes), or you're confident you can learn it fast.
- You're a generalist, and you're happy when the job changes shape.
Probably not for you if
- You'd rather work on infrastructure than on things customers see.
- You want a clearly defined role that stays the same all year.
What you get
- Equity.
- 25 days off, plus your local public holidays.
- A day in London every month with the whole team, travel paid.
- The laptop and kit you want.
Work from home, a coworking space or wherever you do your best work, as long as you're somewhere between GMT and CET+1. Once a month we all get together in London, and we pay for the trip.
