The job
So far the founder has closed every Benson deal. That needs to change. You'll take the calls our SDRs book, run the demos, and close US brands and agencies on our paid plans.
It's a short sales cycle with a clear story: here's what extensions are costing you, here's how a holdout proves it, and here's what it costs to fix. The hard part is doing that often, doing it well, and building the process as you go.
Your first 90 days
- First 30 daysLearn the product and the pitch, take calls alongside Doug, then start running your own.
- By day 60Owning your pipeline from first call to signature, and closing your first deals.
- By day 90Hitting a monthly number, feeding pricing with what you hear, and coaching the SDRs.
What you'll actually do
- 01Run discovery calls and demos with brands and agencies.
- 02Close deals on our monthly plans and multi-store agency deals.
- 03Work with the SDRs on who to go after and how.
- 04Bring what you hear back to product and pricing.
Is this you?
You'll fit right in if
- Two or more years closing SaaS deals, ideally with ecommerce brands.
- You enjoy lots of short cycles more than a few long ones.
- You can explain data and holdouts without losing anyone.
- You'd like to help build the team around you.
- You know the affiliate world (networks, coupon and cashback extensions, partner programmes), or you're confident you can learn it fast.
- You're a generalist, and you're happy when the job changes shape.
Probably not for you if
- You want long enterprise cycles with procurement and RFPs.
- You need a polished sales process from day one.
- You want a clearly defined role that stays the same all year.
What you get
- Founding equity.
- Uncapped commission.
- 25 days off, plus US public holidays.
- Health, dental and vision cover.
- The laptop and kit you want.
Our first US office is in New York. Live nearby and you'll be in four days a week with the US team. Elsewhere on the East Coast? Work Eastern hours and come in regularly, travel paid. Some things are just better in a room.
