The job
Some stores have custom checkouts, headless setups, or a dev team with a lot of questions. You'll be the person who gets Benson working for them, on the call and in their code.
You'll join sales calls for the technical bits, run proof-of-concept installs, and build the small integrations that win bigger deals. Then you'll bring what you learned back into the product, so the next install is easier.
Your first 90 days
- First 30 daysLearn the product and every install path, and join your first sales calls.
- By day 60Running technical demos and proof-of-concept installs on your own.
- By day 90A repeatable playbook for complex installs, and your first integrations in the product.
What you'll actually do
- 01Join sales calls and answer the technical questions.
- 02Run proof-of-concept installs on headless and custom stores.
- 03Build small integrations and scripts for bigger customers.
- 04Feed what you learn back into the product and the docs.
Is this you?
You'll fit right in if
- Several years as a software engineer, ideally with time spent facing customers.
- You're happy in someone else's codebase and on a sales call in the same afternoon.
- You know your way around Shopify, headless storefronts or tag managers.
- You know the affiliate world (networks, coupon and cashback extensions, partner programmes), or you're confident you can learn it fast.
- You're a generalist, and you're happy when the job changes shape.
Probably not for you if
- You'd rather never talk to customers.
- You'd rather never set foot in an office.
- You want a clearly defined role that stays the same all year.
What you get
- Equity.
- A bonus on the deals you help win.
- 25 days off, plus US public holidays.
- Health, dental and vision cover.
- The laptop and kit you want.
Our first US office is in New York. Live nearby and you'll be in four days a week with the US team. Elsewhere on the East Coast? Work Eastern hours and come in regularly, travel paid. Some things are just better in a room.
