The job
Once a store signs up, your job is to make sure Benson actually works for them. You'll get them set up, help them read their first results, and show them how to turn what they see into margin.
You'll also spot the stores that are ready for more and hand them to sales, and notice the quiet ones before they drift away.
Your first 90 days
- First 30 daysLearn the product and onboard your first accounts with Doug.
- By day 60Looking after your own set of US accounts and running their check-ins.
- By day 90An onboarding process we can repeat, and a clear view of which customers are ready to grow.
What you'll actually do
- 01Onboard new stores and get them to their first results quickly.
- 02Run regular check-ins and walk merchants through their reports.
- 03Spot accounts ready to upgrade and bring sales in at the right time.
- 04Turn what customers tell you into product feedback.
Is this you?
You'll fit right in if
- Two or more years in customer success or account management, ideally ecommerce SaaS.
- You like numbers and can explain them simply.
- People trust you quickly, and you keep that trust.
- You know the affiliate world (networks, coupon and cashback extensions, partner programmes), or you're confident you can learn it fast.
- You're a generalist, and you're happy when the job changes shape.
Probably not for you if
- You'd rather never set foot in an office.
- You'd rather not talk about renewals or upgrades.
- You want a clearly defined role that stays the same all year.
What you get
- Equity.
- 25 days off, plus US public holidays.
- Health, dental and vision cover.
- The laptop and kit you want.
Our first US office is in New York. Live nearby and you'll be in four days a week with the US team. Elsewhere on the East Coast? Work Eastern hours and come in regularly, travel paid. Some things are just better in a room.
